Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management to maintain stock levels.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to meet delivery schedules.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software.
