Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Utilize scanners to track stock levels, pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Equipment Operation: Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and operate handheld scanners.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
