Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Receiving & Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips, and inspect for damage.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to streamline workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we value a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in counting items and verifying shipping documents.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Tools: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
