Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and counting stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and peers to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
