Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
