Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery under supervision.
- Pack, Label, and Ship: Prepare products for shipment according to strict quality standards and customer specifications.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and verifying incoming stock and organizing warehouse storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required due to our paid training program.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment tasks.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
