Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and labeling.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on tasks with high precision.
- Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, and dedicated to meeting daily production goals.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
