Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against shipping documents.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or education required; we train all new hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
