Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), forklifts, and pallet jacks as required.
- Material Handling: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in data entry.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
