Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading and unloading of pallets and parcels onto delivery vehicles.
- Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) with proper certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Availability to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
