Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (Equipment provided).
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, count, and store incoming shipments to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring all orders are completed on time.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Equipment Care: Perform basic maintenance checks on provided warehouse equipment and report issues.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor in varying temperatures.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide full training for motivated candidates.
- License: Possession of a valid forklift license is preferred but not required as we offer on-site training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
