Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Manage inventory with RF scanning systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain equipment through daily inspections and basic preventive maintenance
- Lead safety drills and mentor new team members on best practices
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and RF scanners
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
