Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (provided)
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy
- Maintain organized storage areas and efficient workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
