Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle, sort, and package temperature-sensitive inventory using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation in WMS systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold storage environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
