Responsibilities
- Receiving & Storing: Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and safety standards.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and WMS software.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load & Unload: Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- License: Valid driver's license (Class C) required.
