Responsibilities
- Unload and receive incoming merchandise safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Organize stock on shelves and racks to ensure maximum accessibility and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain detailed records of stock movement.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of customer orders and palletizing for shipment.
- Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with the morning logistics team.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
