Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying cargo against shipping manifests.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for dedicated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
