Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery with precision and care.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance, equipment checks, and routine housekeeping duties.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to maximize space utilization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order picking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
