Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the WMS.
- Package, label, and organize merchandise to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor in strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming freight.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of attendance.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
