Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately pick, pack, seal, and label orders to ensure timely shipping and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse database.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners are highly desirable.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
