Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI & Tech Roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Identify emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum Readiness) and integrate them into our architecture.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for R&D initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology adoption.
- Drive partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech innovators.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, AI, or software engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams (50+ members).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or MBA preferred.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
