Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain the strategic technology roadmap specifically targeting 2026 goals.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of next-generation technologies into existing product lines.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and business units.
- Manage the technical budget and resource allocation for long-term R&D projects.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for innovation and technology adoption.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity and data privacy standards for future infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders to foster a culture of foresight.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale engineering teams and budgets.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action.
