Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with products and services in a professional manner.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using standard POS equipment.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked during quiet hours.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and replenishment.
- Sales Support: Help drive sales through upselling and promoting current promotions.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all store safety protocols and report any irregularities immediately.
- Team Communication: Coordinate with floor managers and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Computer Literacy: Basic familiarity with computer systems and cash registers is preferred.
