Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide personalized assistance to meet their shopping needs.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and stockroom organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
