Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide friendly customer service and answer product inquiries
- Bag groceries efficiently and assist with carryout
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
- Handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Monitor inventory and report stock discrepancies
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy
- Must pass background check
