Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Cash handling and daily reconciliation of sales reports.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people of all backgrounds.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS software is a plus.
