Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure high service levels.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure cleanliness of the workspace.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately, including shipping logs and receiving reports.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for the right candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
