Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Ensure the store meets all visual merchandising standards and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
