Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, offering assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions and handling returns accurately.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to maintain a premium shopping environment.
- Assist in visual merchandising initiatives to showcase products effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
