Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain the sales floor, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organized, and presented according to company standards.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Merchandising: Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and performing regular stock counts.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales goals and support store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move merchandise throughout the store.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technology: Basic proficiency with computers and mobile devices is a plus.
