Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and local specialties
- Process orders accurately through our POS system and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Contribute to team success through seamless communication and support
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and daily side work assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of Louisiana cuisine and beverages is a plus
- Must be TABC certified or obtain within first week
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders
