Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Process transactions and data entry tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations during the transition periods.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, even during high-volume periods.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or data entry is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6 PM to 2 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely).
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
