Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and chat during evening and weekend hours.
- Accurately input and update customer data into our secure database systems.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on all data entries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in customer service or data entry is preferred.
- Must be available to work Evening (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and Weekend shifts.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (40+ WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
