Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Sort, inspect, and load/unload packages with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify shipment contents against paperwork and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service regarding delivery inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
