Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product information to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Operations Support: Assist in maintaining the sales floor, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store meets visual merchandising standards.
- Shift Management: Efficiently handle customer transactions, including cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system operations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations during evening and weekend shifts.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; no prior experience necessary (we provide training).
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25lbs, and navigate the sales floor.
