Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments using provided equipment (pallet jacks, lifts, carts)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas and sales floors
- Operate powered pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet stocking targets
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with provided equipment assistance
- Early morning availability (typically 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM schedule)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Experience with powered material handling equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
