Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments efficiently before store opening
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock levels
- Maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies to management promptly
Qualifications
- Immediate availability for early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
