Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments during early morning shifts (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas according to planogram guidelines
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and sales floors
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM start time)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (for potential deliveries)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Reliable transportation to shift location
