Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical datasets using proprietary software systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of data sources to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within strict nightly deadlines
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to department leads
- Identify and document data discrepancies for resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with day-team staff for seamless data handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
