- Process high-volume transactions with zero-error tolerance
- Generate daily productivity reports and quality metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handover
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Utilize 10-key typing and specialized data entry software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ KPH with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and database systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn
- US work authorization and clean background check
