Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration processes efficiently
- Ensure venue safety and enforce event protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to all attendees
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management

- Handle ticket scanning and access control at entry points
- Resolve attendee inquiries and issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
