Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and product freshness
- Train new baristas on brewing methods and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso brewing and milk texturing techniques
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customer demographics
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
