Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process cash and digital payments accurately while upselling premium products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Support inventory management and restocking of fresh ingredients
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation
- Outstanding communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable punctuality and consistent availability for early mornings/weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work 20-30 hours per week across various shifts
