- Develop new recipes and contribute to seasonal menu innovations
- Train junior staff on coffee preparation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience required
- Advanced latte art skills and espresso machine expertise
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
