Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee beverages following brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines and workstations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless operations
- Learn and execute seasonal drink specials and promotions
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – paid training provided
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Tampa location
- Food Handler's Certificate (provided during training if needed)
