Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during evening and weekend hours.
- Operate and maintain point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Assist in stock replenishment and visual merchandising duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn point-of-sale software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
