- Process Orders: Handle payment processing and order modifications with a focus on accuracy.
- Escalate Complex Cases: Identify issues beyond your scope and escalate them to senior management or specialized teams immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift teams to ensure a seamless handover of ongoing customer cases.
Qualifications
- Reliable Internet: Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
