Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Provide high-quality support to customers via chat, email, and phone during evening hours.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic customer inquiries and resolve tickets efficiently within established SLAs.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer information into our CRM systems.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with the evening support team and other departments.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to the management team to improve service quality.
- Adherence: Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work Evening and Weekend shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST).
- Equipment: Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Skills: Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
