Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex tickets to the appropriate department or senior engineers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical product team to provide feedback on common user issues and product improvements.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and positive reviews.
- Train new hires on company policies and support procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
