Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately using our CRM systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure a seamless transition of information.

Qualifications
